Want to know if a Commercial Property Loan could work for your business? Here are some things we look for:
Business Borrowers Only
Applicants must be registered Australian businesses. Special purpose vehicles are eligible. SMSFs and hybrid trusts are not eligible.
Property as Security
Loans must be secured against commercial property. Acceptable securities include commercial, industries, office and retail premises. Development sites or property under construction are excluded.
Loan Purpose
Funds must be used for business-related purposes such as property acquisition, refinancing, cashflow support, or debt consolidation.
Complete Tenancy Schedule
Tenancy schedule is required, which should include; tenant details, costs per SQM, annual lease amount, commencement date, term and option period.
